Engine is seeking a Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging to own and grow a portfolio of hotel chain and partner properties.

You will drive revenue, activation, and durable commercial performance while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations to deliver outcomes. Reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy, you’ll manage the operating rhythm, deepen rate/content coverage, and execute growth strategies for established partnerships.

Formación

• 4+ years (PSM) or 6+ years (Sr. PSM) in partnerships or account management.
• Track record of growing high-value relationships into measurable outcomes.
• Commercial and analytical instincts with data-driven problem solving.
• Organizational and multi-workstream project management能力.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and adaptability to AI-enabled workflows.
• Comfort with leveraging modern tools to streamline workflows in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of hotel chain, PMG, ownership group, and partner properties.
• Grow revenue by deepening engagement and expanding value across relationships.
• Lead partner cadence with QBRs, reviews, check-ins, and escalation handling.
• Monitor performance metrics and address underperformance proactively.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals with materials and terms.
• Maintain partner records, rate and contract docs, and pipeline tracking.
• Track industry trends to inform partner conversations.
