Job summary

Engine in Seattle is seeking a Director, Lodging Partner Acquisition to source, structure, and close net-new lodging supply partnerships that expand rate content, coverage, and economics across the Engine platform. This is a full-cycle hunter role spanning aggregators, PMGs, hotel chains, and complex properties.

You will own opportunities from first conversation to signed, activated agreement, building pipelines, engaging supplier executives, and coordinating with connectivity, onboarding,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or enterprise sales with a net-new focus.
• Proven hunter track record closing complex, high-value deals.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Commercial acumen to model deal economics and terms.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, negotiate, and close lodging supply partnerships end to end across aggregators, PMGs, chains, and complex properties.
• Build and manage a supply pipeline across Engine surfaces (transient, Groups, Omni/API).
• Lead executive-level deal-making with supplier leadership to structure durable agreements.
• Drive deals to activation with cross-functional teams (Connectivity, Onboarding, Product, Finance).
• Represent Engine and its supply story at industry events and maintain pipeline rigor.
