Job summary

The Guestbook is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager (Contractor) to lead our hotel partner network within the cashback rewards program. You will drive new signings, manage the sales pipeline, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers in target markets.

You will report to the Senior VP of Partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote role requires travel to tradeshows and onsite meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development in hotel SaaS or related industries.
• Spanish language fluency required.
• Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new hotel partner signings for The Guestbook's cashback program.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Develop relationships with hotel decision-makers across target regions.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Collaborate with Partner Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Represent The Guestbook at industry events to generate pipeline.
• Monitor competitive offerings and identify differentiators.
