Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to serve as a strategic technical enablement partner for agency and services partners. You will enable partners to confidently sell, design, and deliver high-quality Webflow solutions for complex use cases while maintaining scalable boundaries.

You’ll collaborate with PAMs, enablement, sales, and Customer Solutions Engineering to improve partner readiness and optimize opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a go-to-market technical role.
Hands-on web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with partners, agencies, or channel-driven models.

Responsibilities

Partner with Partner Account Managers to assess partner technical maturity and readiness.
Develop a technical POV aligning partner strengths with Webflow capabilities.
Design scalable enablement pathways across onboarding, certification, and partner maturity.
Build and present technical demos using reusable frameworks and assets.
Guide partners through proofs of concept while ensuring ownership.
Contribute to enablement programs through curriculum development and validation.
Validate partner-led enterprise opportunities for feasibility and scalability.
Provide competitive technical positioning to support handoffs to Sales.
Maintain forward-looking partner growth plans and reusable workshop resources.
