Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to act as the technical enablement partner for agency and services partners. You will help partners confidently design, sell, and deliver Webflow solutions for complex enterprise use cases, working with PAMs and cross-functional teams.

You will build technical demos, validate solutions, and scale enablement programs while traveling up to 25% to cover NAMER West Coast and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a go-to-market technical role.
• Hands-on web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with partners, agencies, or channel-driven models.
• Enablement exposure: ability to teach, onboard, activate, or support audiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication of technical concepts.
• Consultative, systems-oriented problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PAMs to assess partner technical maturity and readiness.
• Develop a technical point of view aligning partner strengths with Webflow's platform.
• Design scalable enablement pathways across onboarding, certification, and maturity stages.
• Build and present technical demos using reusable frameworks.
• Guide partners through proofs of concept while preserving ownership of implementation.
• Contribute to curriculum development and group-based sessions.
• Validate enterprise opportunities for feasibility and architecture alignment.
• Provide concise technical validation summaries to support handoffs to Sales.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of partner growth and reusable workshops.
• Support NAMER West Coast & emerging APAC territory with 25% travel.
