Job summary

Webflow seeks a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) in the Pacific Time zone. The role is remote-first for the United States and Canada, with an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.

As the technical counterpart to Partner Account Managers, you will enable partners to sell, design, and deliver Webflow solutions for enterprise-grade use cases, while aligning capabilities with the platform and building scalable enablement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a go-to-market technical role.
• Experience with partners, agencies, or channel-driven models.
• Enablement exposure: teach, onboard, or run scaled programs.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in writing and presentations.
• Consultative, systems-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PAMs to assess partner maturity and readiness.
• Develop a technical POV aligning partner strengths with Webflow capabilities.
• Design scalable enablement pathways across onboarding and certification.
• Build and present technical demos tailored to partner context.
• Guide proofs of concept and ensure implementation ownership.
• Contribute to enablement curriculum and group sessions.
• Validate enterprise opportunities for feasibility and architecture.
• Provide concise technical validation for handoffs to Sales/Customer Solutions Engineering.
• Maintain forward-looking partner growth plans and reusable playbooks.
• Support NAMER West Coast & emerging APAC territory travel (25%).
