Job summary

Webflow, the agentic web marketing platform, seeks a Senior Business Value Consultant, Value Realization, to partner across our revenue org and scale the Value Consulting program. You will own value realization planning from onboarding through renewals, build AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with CS, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and CX Programs to translate outcomes into measurable business value.

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, this remote-friendly, full-time role offers

Qualifications

3+ years in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, sales strategy, or related role.
Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation preferred.
BS/BA degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts, tracking outcomes against existing value assessments and establishing the value baseline.
Build and maintain AI-enabled value realization capabilities for the Customer Success team and AI-powered tools.
Engage with strategic accounts to articulate business outcomes and build the case for deeper platform adoption.
Partner with CS, CX Programs, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to map goals to Webflow capabilities.
Own the design and maintenance of a customer outcome database linking adoption signals to business outcomes.
Lead integration efforts across post-sale value ecosystem and relate them to the customer journey.
