Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Partner Sales Executive to drive partner-led growth in the South EMEA region. You will recruit, onboard and scale partners across SIs, resellers, consultancies, and technology alliances to grow partner-influenced ARR.

You will lead co-sell motions with Zendesk account teams, enable partners to monetize Zendesk AI-enabled solutions, and coordinate with regional Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to improve partner experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner/channel sales, alliance management, or partner GTM roles in SaaS/software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and scale a portfolio of partners (SIs, resellers, consultancies) to grow partner-influenced ARR.
• Lead regional partner GTM motions and co-sell initiatives with Zendesk account teams.
• Enable partners to sell AI-enabled Zendesk solutions and monetize capabilities.
• Maintain partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to run partner campaigns.
