Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Senior Manager to lead onboarding and integration initiatives for business partners. You will drive cross-functional efforts to optimize partner processes, manage risk, and ensure timely, compliant onboarding.

This role requires 8–10+ years in related roles, strong CRM skills (Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA), and proven leadership in managing teams and projects. Some in-office work across CA offices may apply, with exceptional remote options considered.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in customer service, operations, or related roles.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA) and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration programs for business partners.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partner agreements and processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met and maintain partner reporting systems.
• Manage a team of onboarding coordinators and mentor staff.
