Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a senior Manager of Onboarding & Integration to lead high-impact onboarding projects and strategic initiatives. This role will manage the business partner onboarding program and work across teams to optimize processes in a fast-growing organization.

Location options include Irvine, SF, or Teaneck with in-office scheduling at management discretion. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, project management, or a related field with 8–10+ years of experience in customer service, operations, account management, business administration, training & développement, or related roles.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the installer back-office processes for EnFin partnership inquiries.
• Oversee partner offboarding management, including intake, triage, escalation, reporting, QA, and review.
• Direct the onboarding process, building relationships to drive partner success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on partner agreements and processes.
• Partner with project managers and risk manager to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments during onboarding and monitor partner risk.
• Ensure onboarding requests are processed within SLAs.
• Validate banking information for partners via the ACH portal.
• Review contracts and business documents for compliance.
• Maintain understanding of products, services, procedures and policies.
• Analyze partner feedback and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain partner reporting systems and internal reporting tasks.
• Lead, mentor and manage onboarding coordinators.
