Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or vendor management across geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex programs.

• Experience with BPO or outsourced partnerships is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define future sourcing solutions aligned to business strategy across locations and models.
• Define vendor and site strategy, conduct RFPs, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate favorable commercial outcomes and identify value opportunities.
• Ensure vendors deliver operational excellence and compliant customer experiences.
• Develop business continuity plans and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Manage customer service operations with high customer obsession and quality.
• Share best practices across the Amazon customer service network.
• Lead and develop a team of industry specialists, driving ownership and results.
• Represent Amazon culture and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
