Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Product, Engineering, QA, Technical Services, Operations, Support, and partner technical teams. Track implementation milestones, dependencies, certification activities, testing schedules, launch readiness criteria, and deployment plans. Facilitate issue resolution and remove obstacles that impact partner delivery timelines. Drive execution and accountability throughout the integration lifecycle.

Manage the certification process for partner integrations supporting SMB Restaurant customers. Ensure partners successfully complete testing requirements, operational readiness reviews, documentation requirements, and certification standards. Coordinate user acceptance testing, pilot programs, launch readiness reviews, and production deployment activities. Verify support procedures, escalation paths, knowledge base documentation, and operational processes prior to launch. Support successful partner launches and post-launch stabilization activities.

Provide ongoing technical guidance and enablement to ecosystem partners. Coordinate access to technical documentation, APIs, development resources, testing environments, and support channels. Help partners adopt integration best practices and platform standards. Monitor partner adoption, integration utilization, and operational performance. Identify improvement opportunities that enhance customer experience, integration quality, and partner satisfaction.

Serve as a primary coordinator for technical escalations impacting SMB Restaurant partners and customers. Partner with Engineering, Product, Support, and Operations teams to investigate issues and coordinate resolutions. Manage communication during critical incidents and ensure appropriate stakeholder alignment. Monitor integration health, recurring issues, partner satisfaction, and support trends. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational stability.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering organizations to ensure partner solutions align with platform capabilities and strategic direction. Communicate partner requirements, technical feedback, market opportunities, and operational challenges to internal stakeholders. Support integration roadmap planning discussions by providing technical input, partner demand signals, implementation estimates, and business context. Coordinate dependency management and integration sequencing activities across multiple initiatives. Maintain alignment between partner technical roadmaps and Genius platform capabilities. Ensure a consistent partner experience throughout onboarding, integration delivery, launch, and long-term support. Support quarterly business reviews, partner operating reviews, and cross-functional planning processes.
