Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Partner, Human Capital M&A Solutions to lead strategic client engagements across North America. Based in North America, you will drive the direction, effectiveness and profitability of complex HC M&A workstreams, including multi-functional teams and executive sponsorship.

You will develop senior relationships and deliver value through due diligence, integration design and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant fields
• Typically 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant exposure to global M&A or other complex transaction and transformation environments

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction, operational effectiveness and financial performance of HC M&A solutions for clients undergoing significant change events.
• Develop, nurture and maintain executive-level relationships and serve as trusted advisor to many of Aon's most important clients.
• Lead cross-functional client engagements and deal programs across multiple workstreams.
• Structure Human Capital M&A workplans and HR due diligence through to designing integration, separation and value capture plans.
• Mentor and develop colleagues across the practice.
