Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Partner for Human Capital M&A Solutions across multiple U.S. locations (Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta or San Francisco).

The role leads strategic HC M&A engagements, overseeing HR due diligence, integration planning, and value creation across complex transactions. You will build executive-level relationships, drive growth, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deal-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Finance/HR/Business background preferred
• Typically 12+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Significant exposure to global M&A or complex transactions and transformations

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and drive financial performance of HC M&A solutions
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients
• Lead as engagement leader and sponsor across multiple workstreams
• Structure HC M&A workplans and HR due diligence through to integration and value creation
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build the next generation of HC M&A leaders
