Job summary

Aon is seeking a Partner in North America to lead the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of complex Human Capital M&A projects for clients undergoing major changes. The role reports to the HC M&A Leader, NA and requires deep content expertise across global benefits, compensation, talent, culture and organization design.

Based in North America, you will build executive relationships, serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, and steward multi-workstream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant fields
• Typically 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant exposure to global M&A or other complex transaction environments
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with senior client partners, including C-suite executives and HR leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the strategic direction, operational effectiveness and profitability of HC M&A solutions for clients undergoing significant change events
• Develop and nurture executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to many of Aon’s most important clients
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, acting as overall engagement leader for large, multi-functional assignments
• Drive profitable growth through business development, thought leadership and cross-solution collaboration
• Mentor colleagues and help build the next generation of HC M&A leaders
