Job summary

Aon plc seeks a Partner, Human Capital M&A Solutions to lead strategic direction for complex HC M&A engagements across North America, with multiple U.S. locations including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience.
• Extensive experience with global M&A/transactions and complex change environments.

• Lead strategic direction and financial performance of complex HC M&A solutions.
• Develop executive-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
