Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (Energy & Utilities) to lead technical and business initiatives with partners and utility customers. You will influence grid modernization, DERMS/ADMS projects, and asset performance management while leveraging AWS data platforms and IoT capabilities.

You will partner with consulting and technology firms to accelerate cloud adoption, develop reference architectures, and drive pipeline and deal progression in energy markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software, cloud, systems, security, networking, data/analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• 5+ years of experience in Energy & Utilities industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline creation with energy and utilities partners through technical discovery, solution validation, and joint customer engagement.
• Accelerate partner solution adoption through technical enablement, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements with AWS teams and partners.
• Evangelize partner solutions for grid modernization and asset management with AWS and utility customers.
• Position AWS as the preferred cloud platform for E&U solutions, highlighting IoT, edge computing, data lakes, and time-series workloads.
• Develop executive relationships within partner organizations, becoming trusted technical advisor.
