Amazon.com Services LLC in Culver City, CA is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to own end-to-end growth for third-party distribution partnerships, including performance, roadmap, and OOA integration. You will lead cross-functional orchestration with the Trio and manage partner marketing initiatives to drive starts, acquisition, and engagement.

You will synthesize inputs from Business Development, TPM, and Partner Growth Management to align sequencing and priorities, and you will own

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing external partner relationships and leading business reviews.

Responsabilités

• Own partner performance and intelligence: Maintain deep expertise across all partner output metrics and be the single source of truth on partner health for the Trio and stakeholders.
• Drive partnership roadmap and OOA integration priorities: Identify and advance out-of-app UI integration opportunities by synthesizing inputs to align sequencing and priorities.
• Lead external partner engagements: Manage the full lifecycle of business reviews and maintain data-rich, forward-looking partner communication.
• Develop insight-driven, partner-facing narratives grounded in performance data and product opportunity.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the Trio: Ensure prioritization decisions, resource allocation, and ownership are clear.
• Coordinate with Product teams (DPTX, GTM): Serve as primary intake point for roadmap pitches and evaluate product-market fit.
• Manage partner marketing programs: Design and execute always-on and campaign-based initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align on priorities and ensure roadmap coherence.
