Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video team is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth strategy for third-party distribution partnerships, including performance analytics, roadmap development, and out-of-app integration prioritization.

You will coordinate across the Trio (BD, TPM, and Partner Growth) to align roadmaps, drive scalable processes, and manage partner engagements that drive acquisition, engagement, and hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing external partner relationships and leading business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own partner performance and intelligence with data-grounded prioritization.
• Drive partnership roadmap and OOA integration priorities across BD, TPM, and Partner Growth teams.
• Lead external partner engagements and manage full lifecycle of business reviews.
• Develop data-driven partner-facing narratives highlighting mutual value.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment to keep roadmap execution on track.
• Coordinate product roadmap pitches and assess product-market fit for partnerships.
• Manage partner marketing programs including always-on and premium campaigns.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align on shared priorities during and outside deal cycles.
