Qualifications

• 6+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing external partner relationships and leading business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own partner performance and intelligence: Maintain deep expertise across all partner output metrics and serve as the single source of truth on partner health for the Trio and broader stakeholders.
• Drive partnership roadmap and OOA integration priorities: Identify, evaluate, and advance out-of-app UI integration opportunities with BD and TPM inputs.
• Lead external partner engagements: Own the full lifecycle of business reviews and maintain ongoing partner communication that is data-rich and forward-looking.
• Develop insight-driven, partner-facing narratives grounded in performance data and product opportunity.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the Trio to ensure prioritization and sequencing of initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product teams (DPTX, GTM): primary intake point for product roadmap pitches to partners.
• Manage partner marketing programs: design and execute always-on and campaign-based marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align on shared priorities during and outside deal cycles.
