Virtuous is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. You will develop joint go-to-market plans, align internal teams, and act as the primary partner contact, expanding engagement models over time.

You will report to the Director of Partnerships and work to maximize value from the partner ecosystem, balancing strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue via partnerships.
• Experience leading partner-driven or partner-sourced pipeline motions.
• Cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners.
• Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals and activations.
• Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing partner engagement.
• Conduct regular QBRs to track performance and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS on priorities.
