Job summary

FNBO seeks a Sr. Manager of Partner Servicing & Training to lead the Partnership Servicing and Training teams, ensuring efficient partner support and effective education for partner employees.

You will drive training strategies, oversee LMS, and monitor effectiveness while coordinating onboarding, branding accuracy, and reporting to support FNBO’s partner objectives. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles and strong leadership experience.
• Experience leading on-site and remote teams; travel up to 10–15%.
• Proven ability to drive training strategies and improve servicing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Partnership Servicing and Training teams.
• Identify and deploy training strategies across FNBO partner verticals (in-person, LMS, video).
• Monitor training effectiveness and analyze performance to adjust strategies.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and changes for branding accuracy and reporting.
