Job summary

- Proven leadership, including on-site and remote teams
- Travel up to 10-15%
- Cross-department collaboration to support objectives
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Partnership Servicing and Training teams
- Identify training strategies for all FNBO partner verticals
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Analyze performance and partner culture to guide training
- Drive initiatives to improve servicing efficiency
- Oversee partner setup and changes for branding accuracy
- Translate FNBO data for partner communications
- Coordinate partner inquiries, issues and reporting
- Execute initiatives aligning with account executives9; objectives
