You will partner with HR COEs and enterprise stakeholders to align talent priorities with business goals and manage cross-functional initiatives.

The role focuses on strategic consulting for Credit and Finance, workforce design, and tailored talent solutions, with emphasis on AI-readiness and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Strategic talent consulting to senior leaders and HR.
• Ability to analyze workforce trends and identify capability gaps.
• Experience guiding talent systems adoption with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as thought partner to leaders on talent strategies and actions.
• Lead multi-year talent strategy contributions for assigned units.
• Advise on HR Enablement Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide data and insights for board-level talent initiatives.
• Lead workforce design projects and align to enterprise leveling.
• Drive workforce transformation including AI-related roles and operating models.
• Develop tailored talent solutions with measurable KPIs.
• Ensure adoption of enterprise talent systems within units.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and enterprise alignment.
• Advise on high-stakes people issues and escalation paths.
