Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of client-facing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership of on-site and remote teams.
• Travel up to 10–15%.
• Unrestricted work authorization and no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Partnership Servicing and Training teams.
• Identify training strategies for FNBO partner verticals.
• Deploy training methods (in-person, LMS, video) and monitor effectiveness.
• Analyze performance and partner culture to tailor training strategies.
• Drive initiatives to improve servicing efficiency across the enterprise.
• Oversee partner setup and changes for branding accuracy.
• Translate FNBO data for partner contacts and coordinate data sharing.
• Coordinate resolution of Partner & Customer product/service issues.
• Collaborate with other areas to resolve escalated Partner Servicing issues.
