You will partner with senior leaders, shape multi-year talent strategy, and lead workforce transformation as AI and human labor evolve, ensuring business objectives and risk controls are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
• 6–8 years of experience in wealth management preferred.
• Unrestricted work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Strategic talent consulting for leaders on critical talent strategies.
• Lead workforce design projects and enterprise leveling alignment.
• Design tailored talent solutions with KPIs and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of enterprise talent systems in business units.
• Align stakeholders to deliver optimized talent outcomes across the enterprise.
• Advise on high-stakes people situations with cross-functional input.
