Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Technical Enablement Manager to build the enablement foundation for cloud security solutions delivered to our partners. You will translate complex product capabilities into partner-ready assets, workshops, and training experiences that accelerate adoption and readiness.

The role partners with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, strengthen partner performance, and measure impact across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner enablement or technical roles in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Strong foundational knowledge in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience creating technical content for partners or customers.
• Familiarity with technical sales methods like demos and trials.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for practical use.
• Experience building and delivering technical workshops or training.
• Strong skills in collaborating across diverse teams.
