Job summary

Gusto, Inc. is seeking a senior Partner Enablement Manager to own end-to-end enablement strategy for its channel partner ecosystem.

You will design onboarding, continuous education, and certification programs and deliver just-in-time resources to help partners reference and recommend Gusto. You’ll collaborate with Channel Partnerships, revenue, product, and marketing teams to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools needed to drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or professional training.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs that drive partner revenue.
• Ability to lead learning initiatives end-to-end with multi-priority management.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for professional audiences.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define partner enablement methodology and scalable programs across partner segments.
• Advise senior leadership on enablement investments and ROI.
• Own accountability for partner enablement outcomes and program ROI.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on enablement strategy with Revenue, Product, and Marketing.
• Design and deliver education programs and certification tracks for partners.
• Monitor industry trends and translate into proactive enablement strategies.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate program design and delivery.
