Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager for Content (Adobe & Sitecore) to drive revenue with Adobe and Sitecore partners in a hybrid mode.

You will carry a quota, develop joint routes to market, and nurture senior executive relationships to position EPAM as the preferred partner for enterprise digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales/business development focused on new business acquisition
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas
• Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led commercial strategies
• Proven aptitude for managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
• Deep understanding of Adobe and Sitecore and alliance dynamics

The salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
