Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Compliance Program Manager – Partner Controls and Compliance to join our growing team. You will navigate, monitor, and gatekeep partner requirements, optimize the CMS, and support risk-based decision making.

You will advise internal teams, manage cross-functional risks, and implement scalable governance across partnerships while upholding integrity and accountability. Role requires 5+ years in compliance and a bachelor’s degree; hybrid schedule in Chicago area

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process improvement.
Solid understanding of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and CMS.
Self-motivated problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
Experience improving GRC tools and compliance processes with gaps identified.
Identifies and implements AI/automation to enhance compliance efficiency while validating AI results.
Manages multiple priorities across partnerships with accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day management and optimization of the CMS.
Coordinate end-to-end external assessments and remediation archives.
Monitor vendor information, flag risks, and validate alignment with partner requirements.
Own design, delivery, and effectiveness of annual compliance training.
Contribute to governance documentation and reporting.
Advise internal teams on compliance requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
Promote a culture of integrity and accountability across the org.
