Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Compliance Program Manager – Partner Controls and Compliance to join our growing team in Chicago. You will lead the CMS operations, drive continuous improvement, and safeguard partner interests across regulated environments.

You will coordinate external assessments, monitor vendor activities, design training, and shape governance documents. A 5+ year background in compliance and risk management, with strong communication skills, is required; experience with

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process improvement.
Solid understanding of internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
Experience improving GRC tools and processes with measurable enhancements.
Identifies opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance efficiency while validating AI-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end CMS operations and continuous optimization.
Monitor vendor information, flag risks, and ensure alignment with partner requirements.
Design and deliver annual compliance training programs.
Contribute to governance documentation and reporting.
Advise internal teams on compliance and risk mitigation; communicate insights clearly.
Promote integrity and accountability across the organization.
