Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead Partner Controls and Compliance, safeguarding partner interests and navigating evolving requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and CMS.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver, with ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
• Experience improving Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) tools and compliance processes with a demonstrated track record of identifying gaps and delivering process enhancements.
• Identifies and implements opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance compliance efficiency while ensuring that all AI-driven recommendations are validated.
• Excels at managing multiple priorities across partnerships autonomously and maintains accountability for cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day management and continuous optimization of the CMS.
• Coordinate end-to-end external assessments for timely remediation and improvement of control environment.
• Monitor vendor information and activities; flag risks or gaps; ensure alignment with partner requirements.
• Own design, delivery, and effectiveness of annual compliance training programs.
• Contribute to governance documentation and reporting improvements.
• Advise internal teams on compliance requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
