Job summary

TechSee is pioneering the future of customer service through Visual and Spatial AI. The Senior Program Manager – Partner & Client Programs will own end-to-end partner engagements from pursuit through pilot to commercial launch, reporting to the VP, Customer Operations.

In this high-visibility role, you will bridge sales, operations, product and executive teams, manage governance, and ensure commitments are delivered on plan while shaping repeatable playbooks for future enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, client delivery, or partner engagement.
• Direct experience with ISPs, Telecom Carriers, BPOs, or Enterprise CX platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI & CX tech (Visual/Spatial AI, CRM integrations, APIs, security reviews).
• Demonstrated ability to navigate commercial terms, SLAs, DPAs, and security reviews.
• Proven track record managing joint governance, risk, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and carrier operation leads.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit & Commercial Shepherding: lead discovery, align teams, move deals through LOIs and contracts.
• Joint Program Governance & Execution: establish steering committees and meet cadences.
• Cross-Functional & Tech Alignment: coordinate with IT/operations and Visual AI teams.
• Pilot-to-Commercial Rollout: define success metrics, manage pilots, drive transitions to deployment.
• Playbook Codification: document repeatable engagement and launch processes.
