Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida is seeking a Parking and Transportation Supervisor to oversee all on-site and off-site parking operations and transportation services. You will supervise daily parking activities, manage vendor contracts, and ensure ADA compliance while coordinating shuttle programs and patient mobility.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt, Yellow Belt, CPP, IAHSS Certification, or related certification preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-campus and off-campus parking operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services.
• Supervises daily parking activities including self-parking, valet operations, employee/visitor/physician parking, and special event parking.
• Develop and implement plans to maximize parking capacity and minimize congestion.
• Monitor occupancy trends to improve asset management and safety.
• Ensure ADA compliance and adherence to Medical Center standards; conduct regular inspections of facilities.
• Coordinate parking and transportation services for patients, visitors, staff, and affiliates; oversee shuttle programs and contracted services.
• Monitor schedules, route performance, wait times, and service delivery metrics; implement improvements to reduce delays.
• Lead vendor management, audits, and performance reviews; ensure contracts meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain PARCS system knowledge and oversee maintenance, upgrades, and cybersecurity coordination with IT.
