Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree
• Minimum Field of Study: Business, Logistics, Transportation or closely related field
• In lieu of an AA degree; 2 additional years of experience are required
• Training in fleet maintenance practices and safety regulations (DOT, OSHA)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service in high-touch environments
• Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
• Represents and supports the mission of the Cancer Center
• Minimum Licensure: Driver's License; Florida DL upon hire

• Overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of the organization's fleet, including shuttle buses and vans, service vehicles, golf carts, and support equipment.
• Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of transportation services for patients, visitors, staff, and students.
• Managing fleet personnel, supporting regulatory compliance, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
