Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus four years of experience implementing and managing integrated information systems projects, OR eight years of experience in the same.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, budgets, schedules, and contract compliance for complex programs.
• Coordinate with multiple divisions and external partners to ensure program alignment with municipal goals.
