Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field required.
• Four (4) years of experience implementing and managing integrated information systems projects OR eight (8) years of experience implementing and managing such projects.
• Experience managing IT and/or construction projects in large organizations.
• Experience collaborating with external consultants and contractors on technology projects.
• Experience managing technology modernization projects and a portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and implementation strategies for the Port Modernization Project.
• Establish and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to define product direction and requirements.
• Organize advisory groups and stakeholder committees for planning and decisions.
• Guide user research and requirements gathering with user researchers and external consultants.
• Identify user needs in collaboration with Port stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
• Evaluate and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present project status reports and recommendations to leadership.
