Reimagined Parking seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead valet and garage parking operations in New York and surrounding boroughs. You will be onsite at various locations, supervise staff, manage revenue, safety, and client relations.

You will ensure high-quality service, coordinate with clients, prepare routine reports, and drive efficiency across large facilities while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in account management and revenue collection
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred

Responsabilités

• Supervise location staff, delegate, coach, monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, select and train new employees; develop onboarding plans for success.
• Act as main contact to client or Property Manager; attend location meetings and respond to client requests.
• Monitor facility maintenance to keep garage/lot clean, safe and up to standards; oversee maintenance projects.
• Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports and audits to prevent loss.
• Review P&L statements, adjustments and variance reports; adjust to meet budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operating reports.
• Communicate respectfully with guests to answer questions and address concerns.
• Respond to accidents, incidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, client and teammates.
