Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead parking operations across multiple locations. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee staff performance, manage location P&L, and develop strategies to grow revenue and client partnerships.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team development, event coordination for venues, direct marketing, and proactive business development to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within parking management.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Experience with P&L analysis, revenue generation and marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff with clear goals and expectations.
• Analyze location P&L and implement cost-control measures.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and lead pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and high-traffic periods.
