Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead parking operations across multiple locations in the United States.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, personnel management, P&L analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, and event management. You will manage a team, drive business development, and ensure client satisfaction while aligning resources to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking/operations management.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Proven experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer service and seamless parker experience.
• Lead and develop field staff; set goals and provide mentorship.
• Analyze location P&L, budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Identify revenue opportunities and implement pricing and acquisition strategies.
• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and venues during high-traffic periods.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
