Qualifications

  • Five years of full-time paid experience in the management of parking in a large multi-facility operation which includes two years of supervisory experience.
  • In event of a promotional examination, must have legal status as a Parking Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and monitor various sections of the Division of Parking Facilities.
  • Analyze and review financial statements and other divisional reports.
  • Interpret and implement municipal parking codes; maintain and purchase property and equipment.
  • Supervise Parking Facility personnel; assist in budget preparation for designated division section(s).
  • Plan, develop, and market properties; provide training for Parking Enforcement Supervisors, Parking Coordinators, and other personnel.
  • Enforce divisional policies and procedures; perform other job-related duties as required.
