Job summary

LAZ Parking, a leading parking company, seeks a Senior Facility Manager to oversee a Cincinnati portfolio. You will manage monthly accounts, client relationships and facility operations, ensuring safety, compliance and service quality across locations.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and financial controls, with regular travel among facilities. A Bachelor’s in business/operations or hospitality and 5+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in parking, facility operations or related service environment.
• 3+ years managing customer accounts or multiple locations.
• Experience with billing, reconciliations and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office and parking/operational systems.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between Cincinnati locations.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly parking lifecycle: accounts, transfers, refunds, changes, and access credentials.
• Maintain parker rosters, eligibility rules, waitlists and credential status.
• Prepare and review billing files, customer reports and reconciliations by deadlines.
• Monitor aging, disputes and payment exceptions; coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Audit billing/access systems to identify inactive credentials and revenue leakage.
• Lead facility managers, coaches, and scheduling; ensure coverage and backups.
