Responsibilities

• Oversees Parking and Code Compliance operations, budgeting and staffing.
• Reviews work, analyzes data, and prepares reports for policy decisions.
• Develops action plans to improve enforcement of parking, housing and code.
• Acts as liaison to other departments and external agencies; handles inquiries.
• Prepares budgets, monitors expenditures, and forecasts staffing needs.
• Represents the City in meetings and public presentations.
