Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Parc el Insights & Pricing to lead daily pricing support for new and existing customers, develop pricing analytics, and forecast P&L. The role interfaces with business development, finance, and parcel operations to enable data-driven decisions.

This remote position offers opportunities to design pricing tools, build dashboards, mentor analysts, and drive annual price increase processes while supporting strategic pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is required.
• 4+ years of Pricing experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and DOMO is required.
• Python Advanced is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing support for new and existing customers and analytical input to decision-makers.
• Supervise and develop analysts; manage staffing and project flow.
• Develop pricing analytics tools; participate in pricing strategy roadmaps.
• Support client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting of revenues and margins.
• Develop and maintain client dashboards and internal reports.
• Assist with annual price increase processes and related analyses.
