Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead pricing for new and existing customers, develop analytics, and forecast P&L with support from finance and parcel operations. This role is remote.

You will supervise analysts, build pricing tools, and present solutions to clients and prospects, contributing to business development and strategy in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary range of 130,000–150,000 with a 20% target bonus, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, Required
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field, Preferred
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Required
• Python Advanced, Preferred
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses, Required
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets, Required
• Knowledge of Logistics Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing for new and existing customers; provide analytical support to leaders for decision-making.
• Lead staffing planning, hiring, training, and performance reviews; guide projects and coordinate analysts.
• Develop pricing tools and analytics models; participate in strategy for analytics roadmap.
• Support client-facing parcel solutions, responding to client needs and aiding business development.
• Assist in P&L forecasting for client revenues and margins.
• Develop and support automated dashboards for clients and internal reporting.
• Support annual price increase process with analyses and tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
