Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for Parcel Insights & Pricing to support pricing for new and existing customers, forecast P&L, and develop pricing analytics tools.

You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business development and parcel operations, and present solutions to clients and prospects. The role is remote with a 20% target bonus, offering salary ranges and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or related field.
• MBA/Finance preferred.
• 4+ years in pricing or pricing analytics.
• Strong Excel and DOMO skills; Python Advanced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support for new and existing customers with analytical backing.
• Oversee staff development, planning staffing and performance reviews.
• Develop pricing analytics tools and forecasting models; participate in roadmap discussions.
