Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead pricing analytics, forecasting, and client-focused solutioning for the parcel business. You will supervise analysts, develop pricing tools, and support revenue forecasting with finance and operations.

The role is remote with a 20% target bonus, offering a salary range of $130,000–$150,000 plus incentive potential. Strong communication and strategic analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years in pricing experience (required).
• Knowledge of Excel and DOMO (required).
• Python (advanced) preferred.
• Technical proficiency in strategic analyses (required).
• Proficiency with PC spreadsheets and applications (required).
• Knowledge of logistics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making.
• Develop and train analysts reporting to this role.
• Develop tools for pricing strategy and analytics models.
• Support client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts of revenues and margins.
• Develop and maintain client-facing and internal dashboards.
