Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to oversee pricing for new and existing customers and support business development, clients, and finance teams.

You will develop pricing tools and analytics models, forecast P&L, supervise analysts, and present client-facing solutions. This remote role offers a 130k-150k salary with a 20% target bonus and opportunities across logistics pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or related field.
• MBA or Master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years pricing experience.
• Strong Excel and analytics skills; knowledge of DOMO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain pricing analytics models and dashboards.
• Lead analyst team growth, training, and performance reviews.
• Support client-facing parcel solutions and revenue forecasting.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions and roadmap.
• Assist annual price increase process.
