Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in project management, business operations, or contract management.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion; develop plans, track milestones, drive improvements.
• Proficiency with corporate documents and administration typical for in-house legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop processes to manage Legal division functions: commercial claims, litigation/e-discovery, deadlines tracking, compliance.
• Manage internal review, archival, and retrieval of contracts.
• Prepare comprehensive department activity reports; assist with dispute resolution and civil litigation procedures.
