Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its corporate legal team, supporting governance, real estate, IP, M&A, and general contracts.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, maintaining corporate records, coordinating with outside counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely SEC and USPTO filings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.
  • 5+ years paralegal experience with two areas minimum.
  • Experience supporting a public company governance function preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and redline routine commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, service).
  • Maintain contract databases and tracking for renewals.
  • Support governance, real estate, IP, and M&A matters.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage document production and e-filing across practice areas.
